Emergency Notice: This practice provides scheduled psychotherapy appointments and does not offer 24/7 psychiatric emergency or acute crisis intervention. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or an acute emergency, please contact Tele-MANAS (14416) or call 112 immediately.

1. Scope of Psychological Services

Psychological services are provided by Ananya P, an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, IMHANS Kozhikode). Sessions consist of individual or couple psychotherapy delivered via online video platforms (Zoom/Google Meet) or at designated clinical consultation suites in Kozhikode, Kerala.

2. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Consultations are by prior appointment only.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to allow the slot to be offered to another person in need.

3. Fee Structure and Payments

Consultation fees are outlined clearly on the website (₹1,500 for individual therapy for Indian residents, ₹2,000 for NRI clients; ₹2,000 for couple therapy for Indian residents, ₹2,500 for NRI clients). Payment is due prior to or at the conclusion of each consultation via UPI, bank transfer, or cash for in-person appointments.

4. Professional Ethics and Regulatory Compliance

All clinical care conforms to statutory standards established by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and the Kerala State Mental Health Authority (KMHA).
